Phone Advice Appointment

The attorney will assess your legal issue and any documents you’ve submitted to give you legal advice on the next steps you should take if you want to represent yourself.

Family Law Consultation

This is for anyone considering getting a divorce, filing a new or amended parenting plan, dealing with child custody issues, needing an order or protection, or considering adoption.

Estate Planning Consultation

Everyone should plan for what happens to them in case they become physically or mentally incapacitated and unable to direct their own affairs. This consultation includes setting up a living will, advance directives, financial and medical power of attorney, and your last will and testament.

Courtroom Preparation via Phone

This service allows you to speak with an attorney about an upcoming hearing and what you need to do to prepare to represent yourself including: how to address the court; what to wear; what evidence to present; witnesses or support people you should bring; etc.

Courtroom Preparation In-Person

*Only available in Missoula and Ravalli County.

Are you a victim of domestic abuse? Are you just generally nervous or have anxiety about talking to a judge? Are you afraid you won’t find the courthouse or be able to get in? This service will have an attorney meet you at the courthouse and walk you through courtroom procedure while explaining the processes you should expect on the day of your hearing. It’s everything that happens during the phone prep and more!

Current Clients

Your hourly rate was determined at the end of your consultation. It’s up to you to decide how much time you need to speak to your attorney about any new issues or questions that have come up since your consultation. You can book online for free and pay via the Client Portal in MyCase. Payment must be received before your appointment.

Cultural Consulting (Non-Legal)

Are you trying to build a friendly and more inclusive work environment? Is diversity marketing, recruitment, hiring, and retention a priority for your law firm, non-profit, or business?

Based on the client’s goals, Victoria will come in and assess each level of your business organization and proffer solutions to improve diversity and leadership. Victoria brings multiple perspectives and solutions based on her minority and leadership backgrounds, experiences, professional development courses, equal opportunity training, and psychology and sociology degree.
